What is it?

The Oasis Center is an organization that serves the youth of Nashville.
It provides a variety of services that seek to empower youth, and encourage
them to make positive choices in their daily lives. The Oasis Center
believes that adolescents have the power to impact the community at
large in positive ways through their ideas, skills, and determination.
This particular program of the Oasis Center, which will work with your
6^th grader, will implement a curriculum known as the Teen Outreach
Program as a way of getting these students involved in their community.
